LOOPS Community Navigator South East
Our daily connections with people have an important impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. Getting involved in community groups or activities is a great way to make new friends and have fun! There is also lots of practical help out there that can make your life a lot easier – and more enjoyable.
We recognise that it can be hard to know what’s going on in your local area and how you can access the support and services you need. Community Navigator is here to help.
We hold regular information stations in community venues. Come by for a natter and find up to date information about activities, events and services in your area. Contact us to find a station near you, or check out our library dates below.
Look out for our free ‘Discover South East’ Magazine with information about local activities, services and news. Read the most recent issue of the magazine online here. Or contact us to subscribe today and receive your copy straight to your door.
